                                                                                Changes Coming?

                                                                                While nothing has been set in stone at the time of writing, our club is considering mak-
                                                                                ing some changes to our meeting schedule including location, time and frequency of our
                                                                                meetings. Th  e goal is to be more accommodating to current members with a wider range of
                                                                                schedules and more inviting to potential members who have expressed interest in joining
                                                                                but can’t make the current meeting time. Th  ese adjustments will be voted on at our annual

                                                                                We have two quick and fun fundraisers in December. First, in conjunction with the Rotary
                                                                                Club of Barrie, we’ll be selling Cash Calendars throughout the month and there will be one
                                                                                winner per day in 2018, and 6 top prizes of $1000.  Our second fundraiser is our Holiday
                                                                                Hams, $25 each packaged in a Rotary branded box.  Each of these make great gifts as they
                                                                                are both useful and let the recipient know that they are part of making the world a better
                                                                                place through Rotary.

                                                                                Each week our club hosts a local speaker from the community. Sometimes it’s a business
                                                                                professional who is sharing valuable information about their industry.  Most recently, Tracey
                                                                                Donald from JunctionRehabilitation.com came to our club to explain how massage therapy
                                                                                in conjunction with your regular health regiment can help to reduce: pain, stress, headaches,
                                                                                stiff ness and a whole range of other ailments (all without the side eff ects of drugs).  If you
                                                                                are part of a local business, part of a local organisation or have community updates and
