Anyone is welcome to join in on any of the following events. Please bring drinking water on all hikes; hiking boots and poles are recommended.

Midhurst

Algonguin Park OVERNIGHTER
Monday, October 21 & 22
⇒MODERATE-DIFFICULT ⇒ OVERNIGHT
9:00 am Meet at 2056 Brown Road (west off Hwy 93 north of Crown Hill area) to carpool. Longer hike on Monday (7.5 km/4 hrs/ difficult), overnight at a motel, shorter hike on Tuesday, return home Tuesday afternoon. Bring a lunch for Monday noon.

Tiny Marsh
Sunday, October 27
⇒EASY ⇒ 2 hours
1:30 pm View waterfowl, birds, grasses, wildflowers and an interpretive center.
Directions: Hwy 27 through Elmvale. Turn left onto Simcoe County Rd # 6. Turn left on Tiny Flos Townline. Keep driving until you see Tiny Marsh Interpretive Centre (500 Tiny Flos Townline)

1:30 pm Meet on the Old Second South, just south of Horseshoe Valley Road. Hike a hilly part of the Ganaraska Trail from the Old Second South to Gill Road. Car shuttle will be provided.

Pine River Trail

(near Mulmur Hills)
9:00 am Meet at the Crown Hill Car Park (junction Hwy 11 and 93) to carpool. Some big hills. Poles are suggested. Bring a lunch and water.
