Annual Ramara Chamber Classic Car Show Rolls into Lagoon City July 11
On Saturday July 11 the Ramara Chamber of Commerce is presenting its 14th Classic Car Show at Grand Harbour Marina on the beautiful shores of Lake Simcoe in Lagoon City. This annual celebration of car culture and community has something for everyone to enjoy!
Who doesn’t have a special memory involving four wheels and an exciting destination? Re-live those road trips to the beach, driv- in movies, first dates or simply polishing the family car every Sunday. How about your first car or that special one you dreamed of someday owning? They will all be on display, gleaming in the Lagoon City sun, just waiting to be rediscovered as our onsite DJ Large & In Charge spins a soundtrack of timeless summer cruising tunes.
Browse the Vendors Market for unique artisan items and delicious food. The Brechin Legion will also be on hand with a community barbeque and a 50-50 draw. A silent auction and raffle will feature a variety of items to be won, all generously donated by sponsors and local contributors.
Take some time to stroll the waterfront and explore the elevated experience of dockside living. With over 16 kilometres of beautifully engineered man-made canals, Lagoon City has earned the unique distinction as the ‘Venice of Ontario’, combining the charm of neighbourhood resort style living with exceptional marine services and amenities provided by Grand Harbour Marina, formerly Lagoon City Marina. The Ramara Chamber Annual Classic Car Show is volunteer-driven and free to the public, made possible by the generous support of sponsors including Grand Harbour, Thor Motors Orillia, Team Group and our media sponsor, North Simcoe Life.
The event runs from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. with plenty of time to talk to the exhibitors, trade car stories, enjoy lunch and stay for the judging and awards!
Registration is now open for car enthusiasts to enter their vintage and classic vehicles and compete for over 20 trophies including People’s Choice, Best Chrome and Fins and Best Classic Muscle Car.

Vendors are likewise invited to apply for a limited number of spots in the market, to connect with attendees, sell their wares or promote their organization.
